Wontons from the Kitchen of Brendia




1 lb Ground Pork or Turkey
1 pkg of Bean Sprouts
2 tsp. Freshly minced Ginger root
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
4 finely chopped Green onions
1 Egg

1 pkg. Azumaya wraps (2" squares)

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Then put 1 tsp using a fork or spoon of mix in the middle of 2" square Wonton wraps. Seal sides together by using a small amount of water and folding corners together. Place in steamer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Serve with soy sauce.

  1. This is our famly favorite as well. My mom and dad made this and I would ask for it on my birthday!!!!

    Now 30 years later it is my kids fav also...
